1. Order Processing & Shipping

All custom-printed items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Shipping Methods & Transit Times

• Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days

• International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination; customs delays may apply)

• Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on your chosen carrier, service level, and destination.

• Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

 

 

2. Return & Refund Policy

• No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.

• Exceptions – Printing Errors Only

If you receive your order and find any of the following printing defects, please let us know within 7 days of delivery:

• Text or graphics significantly missing, smudged, cut off, or misaligned

• Wrong design printed (i.e., a completely different artwork than what you approved)

• Severe color mismatch (more than a minor shade variation)

For any confirmed printing error, we will, at our discretion, either:

1. Reprint & Reship the corrected item at no extra charge, or

2. Issue a Full Refund for the defective item

• How to Report a Printing Error

1. Email support@jrmotivationsandmore.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Include your order number, photos clearly showing the defect, and a brief description of the issue

3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with next steps

 

 

3. Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellations

Because production starts quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. After that window, your order will enter the printing queue and cannot be canceled.
