2.1 All products are made-to-order and personalized to your specifications. You are responsible for providing accurate design files, text, and other instructions.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the content is unlawful, offensive, or violates our policies (including copyright or trademark).
2.3 Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We will confirm final price and estimated delivery before charging your payment method.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
3.2 All transactions are processed securely; you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including taxes and shipping, to your chosen payment method.

4. Shipping & Return Exceptions
4.1 Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Only printing errors (missing or incorrect design, severe color mismatch) are eligible for reprint or refund if reported within 7 days of delivery.
4.2 Claims for printing errors must include order number, photos of the defect, and description, sent to support@jrmotivationsandmore.com.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned or licensed by JR Motivations & More LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5.2 “JR Motivations & More,” the JR Motivations & More LLC logo, and all related names and logos are trademarks of JR Motivations & More LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
5.3 By submitting your own designs, images, or text (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, and modify that content in order to produce, fulfill, and promote your order.

6.1 You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to upload or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

8.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JR MOTIVATIONS & MORE LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER IN QUESTION.

You agree to indemnify and hold JR Motivations & More LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any rights of another.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10.2 Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
