Order Instructions – Custom Products

Please follow the steps below to ensure we receive your design correctly:

1. Choose Size:

Select from the available sizes listed for your product. If you’re not sure, let us know the approximate size you need and we’ll help.

2. Upload Logo or Artwork:

• Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF (300 dpi or higher).

• Vector files (.AI or .EPS) are preferred for logos.

• Make sure your design is clear and high-quality.

3. Design Size:

Indicate the exact size you want your logo or artwork to appear on the product (in inches or cm).

4. Placement Area:

Let us know where you want the design to be placed (e.g., center, top left, wrap-around, front side, etc.). You can also send a reference image.

5. Text or Additional Details:

If your design includes text, please include the exact phrase, font preference, and color. Make sure spelling is correct.

6. Colors:

Tell us what colors you want used in your design, or send examples for reference.

7. Notes or Special Requests:

Include any additional instructions or preferences we should know.

Instructions to Order:

Upload your own artwork or let us know what theme or colors you’d like (e.g., name, cartoon, floral, minimalist, etc.).

2. Upload Your File:

Please make sure your image is high resolution (300 dpi) and fits the cup size (12oz template). Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG.

3. Add Personalization Details:

In the personalization box, include any names, messages, or specific design instructions (e.g., font style, placement).

4. Approve the Design (Optional):

We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval before printing if requested.
